CEO & Co-Founder
Loretta Stephens Lanham
Co-Founder & Director of Property Operations
With more than 30 years of experience in the housing industry, Loretta Stephens Lanham brings extensive expertise in multifamily and single-family housing, HUD affordable housing, Project-Based Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities, conventional housing, senior housing communities, and portfolio management. Her background is further strengthened by professional credentials in property and residential management, Fair Housing, and HUD housing inspections.
As CEO, Loretta leads the vision, development, and day-to-day operations of Lanham Veterans Housing, including property development, resident housing operations, community and referral partnerships, and property-owner relationships. Her leadership is focused on creating professionally managed homes where Veterans are treated with dignity and respect while building a successful and sustainable housing organization.
Paul Lanham Jr.
With more than 30 years of experience in general contracting and property maintenance, Paul Lanham Jr. brings extensive hands-on knowledge of residential construction, building systems, repairs, renovations, preventative maintenance, and property operations to Lanham Veterans Housing. His experience provides Lanham Veterans Housing with an important operational foundation for evaluating, maintaining, and protecting the homes entrusted to our care.
As Director of Property Operations, Paul oversees the maintenance and physical condition of our homes, coordinating repairs and property-related needs to help ensure each residence is safe, well maintained, and comfortable for the Veterans we serve.
